Returns Policy

If for any reason the product is not suitable for you, you can return it or ask for replacement within 14 days  of receipt of the purchase, BUT, provided that the item was unused, retains its appearance and all the accompanying elements (labels, tags etc.) Otherwise, the item cannot be returned or replaced.

Exchange and return details:

If you return with the delivery service “Ukrposhta ”, please, submit goods together with the completed application form (you can download it below) and a document confirming the fact of purchase (sale slip or fiscal sales receipt).

Refund application

All expenses concerning return or replacement of goods with proper quality are borne by the Buyer. If you received goods with “Ukrposhta ”, please, return them with this service as well on the following address:

Return or exchange of proper quality goods:

According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer’s Rights Protection”, the consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of the proper quality to the same seller he has purchased from in the following cases:

1. If the product does not satisfy him with form, size, shape, color, size, or because of other reasons it cannot be used for its intended purpose.

2. The exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if the goods were not used, and if their saleable condition is saved together with consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued to the buyer.

3. The consumer has the right to exchange the proper quality goods within fourteen days, not counting the purchase date, if the longer term is not announced by the seller.

If at the moment of exchange the similar product is not available, the consumer has the right to buy any other goods from the existing assortment with the corresponding transfer of value, or to terminate the contract and receive back his money in the amount of the value of the returned goods; or to exchange the goods for the similar ones when it becomes available. The seller must notify the buyer on the availability of goods and their exchange when it becomes possible.

When the purchase-and-sale contract is terminated, the settlements with the consumer are made on the basis of the value of the goods at the time of purchase. Amount paid for goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract. If it is not possible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract, another term is agreed upon by the parties, but not later than within seven days.

We draw your attention to the fact that upon returning of the goods of proper quality, the client pays the charges of all shipments at his own expense.

Return or exchange of improper quality goods:

According to Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer’s Rights Protection”, in case of detecting defects within the established warranty period, the consumer has the right to demand in the order and within the terms established by law:

1) the proportional reduction of price;

2) free repair of defects within a reasonable time;

3) reimbursement of expenses for repair of defects.

In case of revealing during the warranty period essential defects caused by the manufacturer (the seller, the executor), or the goods falsification which is confirmed, if necessary, by the expertise, the consumer has the right to demand from the seller or the manufacturer in the framework of legislation the following:

1) to terminate the contract and return the money paid for the goods;

2) to require the replacement of the goods on the same or similar ones that are available in stock.

The requirements of the consumer provided in this Article are not to be satisfied if the seller, the producer (the enterprise responding to consumer’s demands mentioned in part one of this Article) will prove that the defects of the product arise as a result of consumer violations in product usage and storage. The consumer has the right to participate in the verification of the quality of the product personally or through his representative.

In case, the expertise defines that the defects of the product were caused by the buyer, he is obliged to reimburse the costs for conducting the examination. Elimination of defects caused by improper usage is also carried out at the expense of the buyer.

Does the fabric shrink after washing?

With proper care and following of all recommendations that you can find in the description of each product on the webpage or in the brochure attached with the product you purchased, the fabric will not shrink and retain its original appearance for as long as possible period.

What are the terms of delivery and payment abroad?

We send orders abroad by Ukrposhta. Dispatch is made after 100% prepayment for your order + payment for delivery, which is calculated when registering the parcel and is added to the amount of payment for the goods. Accordingly, you pay the cost of the goods and the cost of delivery in advance, then we send the parcel.

Do you ship with cash on delivery?

Yes, you can pay upon receipt of the goods.

Are you a VAT payer?

What to do if the goods were damaged during transportation?

If the goods are damaged during the transportation, the transport company is responsible for it. Therefore, we advise you to check your order without leaving the terminal and in the presence of employees of the transport company. In case of damage, contact our manager at +380501780919.

Orders are paid according to the current account number of the company. It will not take too much time!
