Edelvika is a family business founded in 1994 with 100% Ukrainian investments. We are a guardian of ancient traditions, which are reflected in modern design concepts. For thirty years, our company has been creating unique, high-quality, authentic designer clothing, table textiles, and accessories. Edelvika is a full-cycle manufacturer. We manufacture garments from fabrics of our own production. For exports, we provide a certificate for the shipment of goods EUR.1. This entitles the importer to conduct customs clearance of the cargo using a reduced duty rate, and therefore reduces the total cost of an individual order.
Each finished product has its own story. First, an idea is born. And an idea needs a foundation on which it will stand and be nourished until it is realized in life. For Edelvika, this basis is high-quality raw materials and in-house fabrics that will turn any idea into stylish designer outfits, accessories and decor.
To realize the idea on fabric, our creative design department creates product models for future collections in a creative tandem of designers and constructors. The finished model with the entire documentation package goes on a journey through production.
It all starts with the warp section, where small spools of yarn are rewound onto a warp roller and the warp is wound.
Then the selected warp is transferred to the looms, where the fabric designed by our specialists in specialized programs is woven. When the fabric comes off the loom, it is a rough, unadorned fabric. The capacity of our workshops allows us to produce 250,000 meters of fabric per month.
After weaving, the fabric is transferred to the preliminary control, finishing and dyeing department. Thanks to modern equipment, the company bleaches, stabilizes and dyes the fabric in accordance with the requirements and needs of the client.
Dyeing is carried out in any color according to PANTONE. The fabric acquires additional properties and the desired color on modern equipment – jiggers and a drying and spreading machine.
Edelvika has its own certified testing laboratory, which tests all raw materials and checks the quality of the final product. As a result of the research, quality certificates are issued for each batch of products.
We pay special attention to product quality. Every process in the production is controlled, we monitor all stages – from the creation of the fabric to the finished products. As a result, you get a high-quality Ukrainian product. Edelvika is certified according to the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of State Standards of Ukraine ISO 9001:2015.
Edelvika’s cutting department will change your perception of the scale of clothing, accessories and decor production. The painstaking process of transforming fabrics into hundreds or even thousands of pieces of familiar elements of finished products takes place here, which are later transferred to the embroidery and sewing departments to complete the work. The selected fabrics are laid on top of each other, and professional craftsmen use modern equipment to cut the fabrics according to the patterns issued by the designers. In this way, the finished products are transferred to the embroidery and sewing departments.
Embroidery is an imprinted history on the canvas, which was created to preserve valuable moments in memory. Our embroidery department is a center for preserving the traditions of the embroidery craft in a modern interpretation. It is here that the embroidered patterns developed by designers are brought to life in an electronic format with all the technical characteristics. The program with ready-made patterns is downloaded to the embroidery machine, and then the magical process begins, combining familiar ethnic ornaments with modern, extraordinary solutions. The performance of each machine is impressive – it can make about 1000 stitches per minute. This is how new art is born that inspires and popularizes our cultural heritage.
The final stage is sewing production. All the elements that have been professionally processed are combined here. Dedicated professionals responsibly create your favorite clothes, accessories and decor.
We have also implemented the LEAN production system, which allows us to significantly increase production efficiency and productivity. The implementation of LEAN helps to minimize costs, improve product quality and reduce production time. Thanks to this system, we ensure continuous process improvement, which contributes to the production of the highest quality products. In addition, our company has an ISO 14000 environmental certificate, which confirms our commitment to environmentally responsible production.
Finished products are delivered to the quality control department, packaged and dispatched to the warehouse, and from there to the store.
